Twitter users have voted for American billionaire Elon Musk to step down as the site’s CEO after the latter conducted a poll about his future and said he would abide by the results.
Among the approximately 17.5 million people who took the poll, a total of 57.5% voted yes after Musk asked via his account if he should step down, compared to 42.5% who answered “vs”.
And Musk has yet to comment on the results of the poll, but he will remain the owner of Twitter even if he steps down as CEO.

Musk has been through a lot of trouble with Twitter in recent days, the latest being the blocking of several journalists’ accounts.
