US presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswami stressed that the United States should conclude an agreement with the Russian leadership on Ukraine’s refusal to join NATO.
“We have to agree with Putin on freezing the current borders and that Ukraine will never join NATO,” Ramaswamy said.
He noted that in this case, Moscow should refuse to strengthen relations with Beijing.
He stressed that Washington should also increase trade cooperation with Russia.
