Former adviser to the US Secretary of Defense Douglas McGregor said that funds allocated to help Ukraine are actually returning to the US without reaching the recipients.
McGregor spoke about this in an interview with CNN. Freedom score On YouTube: “Don’t forget the money. All these billions of dollars, where is it? Most of it just doesn’t reach Ukraine. Huge sums end up in the Pentagon as compensation to the armed forces for the fact that equipment and resources were transferred to Europe.”
The contract explained that the funds returned were used to pay for the cost of manufacturing new equipment and weapons, describing the scheme as a “vicious circle” and a “fraud”.
