Ukrainian security forces are again trying to blow up a hydroelectric power station in the Kherson region.

Ukrainian forces again attempted to shell the city of Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region, including the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.

The head of the Civil Military Administration of the Kakhovka region, Vladimir Leontyev, said: “The air defense (system) was activated, probably about 15 (explosions), but reflected in the sky. Above the Dnieper, beyond the Dnieper. The air defense system (air defense) worked hard.

The press service of the Civil Aviation Administration of the Kakhovka District told TASS that no damage was recorded.

Kherson region has been under the control of Russian troops since mid-March. At the end of April, the regional civil aviation department was formed. Meanwhile, Ukraine is trying to prevent a return to civilian life, including by bombing civilian targets in residential areas.
