The Turkish Interior Ministry has announced the launch of Operation Siege Arn 36 against the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in the southeastern province of Mush.
The Turkish Interior Ministry said in a statement that “513 security personnel are involved in the operation,” stressing that “operations against the terrorist organization will continue until it is rooted out.”
Turkey previously launched a series of ARN operations against the PKK in January 2021.
