Tunisian Anas Jaber, ranked sixth in the world, took revenge on third-placed Elena Rybakina by stripping her of the English Wimbledon title by beating her in the quarter-finals on Wednesday.
Anas Jaber decided the match with a score of two sets: one, 6-7, 6-4, 6-1, within an hour and 53 minutes.

The two players met last year in the Wimbledon final, where Rybakina prevailed in three sets to claim her first and only major title.
In the semi-finals, Anas will play with the Belarusian Arina Sabolenko, who took second place and defeated the American Madison Keys.
