The BBC reported, citing a spokesman for former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, that he met with former US President Donald Trump.
The spokesman said the two former leaders “discussed the situation in Ukraine and the vital importance of its victory” in the dispute with Russia.
The New York Times previously reported that Trump invited Johnson to lunch during Johnson’s tour of the United States, during which he visited Dallas, Texas, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
According to media reports, Boris Johnson addressed the representatives of the Republican Party, urging them not to give up their support for Ukraine.
