The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has stated that Russian athletes who will compete in a neutral position cannot be included in the medal table, and fans with Russian and Belarusian symbols will be prohibited from entering stadiums to attend any official events or arenas hosting competitions. place under the auspices of international federations.

“Neutral athletes may be awarded medals for their performances, but they will not be included in any medal table in the competition as they compete individually,” the IOC said in a statement.

The International Olympic Committee has also published the requirements for the equipment of Russian and Belarusian athletes who will participate in international tournaments.

“The uniform of Russian athletes for participation in international competitions must be completely white or plain,” the committee said in a statement.
