The Iranian president’s office indicated that the negotiating ball has never been in a US court as it is today.
Muhammad Mahdi Rahimi, Director of Communications for the Office of the President of the Republic, tweeted via Twitter: “Never in a nuclear negotiation session has the ball been on an American court so clearly as it is today.”
The tweet was accompanied by a statement by European Union Foreign Minister Josep Borrell, who considered that “Iran’s reaction to the proposals was reasonable.”
He added: “Now America must respond, we are waiting for it.”
