Syrian Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Amr Nazir Salem issued a decree on setting fuel prices in the country.
Minister Salem’s decision provided that the prices would be as follows:
– The sale price of 90th gasoline to the consumer is 3,000 Syrian pounds per liter.
– The sale price of free AI-90 gasoline is 4900 SP per liter.
– The sale price of AI-95 gasoline is 5300 SP per liter.
– Selling price of subsidized diesel fuel distributed by the fuel company throughout Syria to the public and private sectors, including the Syrian Bakery Corporation and private sector bakeries engaged in the production of bread for rations, 700 Swiss francs per liter.
– Selling price of diesel fuel for local production activities is 3000 LL. x for lt.
He pointed out that the owners of filling stations selling these materials must clearly and legibly announce these prices and the quality of the substance at the stations, and violators of the provisions of this decision are subject to penalties under the Legislation. Decree No. 8 of 2021
