A joint statement from Sweden, Finland and Turkey said that Stockholm and Helsinki will launch an investigation into fundraising and recruitment activities for the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and the extradition of wanted persons to Turkey.
The statement said that “Turkey, Sweden and Finland decided to strengthen their cooperation in order to prevent the activities of terrorist organizations.”
“Finland and Sweden will quickly consider requests for extradition or extradition of suspected terrorists, taking into account the information and evidence provided by Turkey,” he added.
He added: “Sweden and Finland will launch an investigation into fundraising and recruitment of fighters for the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and all its branches and will obstruct these activities.”
