“First of all, I would like to thank you (Nacional) for the great affection you have shown to me and my family in the last few days,” Uruguay’s top scorer said in a video clip on Tuesday.

He pointed out that this made it impossible “to turn down the opportunity to return to play for Nacional and we have a preliminary agreement with the club.”
