Through the use of SharePlay, you can watch YouTube videos with your friends and family while you are on a FaceTime call together. According to YouTube, the enhanced 1080p option will make videos appear “extra crisp and clear,” particularly when there is a lot of detail or motion in the Video. All YouTube users will continue to have access to the option to upload videos in the standard 1080p quality.

The ability to queue videos in the iOS and Android app, the capability to continue watching a video where you left off when switching devices, and the option to have recommended videos automatically download while connected to Wi-Fi for offline viewing at a later time are some of the additional benefits that are now available to YouTube Premium subscribers.
