Salah achieves historic success with Liverpool

Egyptian star Mohamed Salah achieved a unique achievement by winning the Charity Shield Cup title with his Liverpool team at the expense of Manchester City (3-1) yesterday, Saturday.

Salah scored the first goal against colleague Trent Alexander-Arnold, with Al-Masry scoring the second from a penalty kick and Darwin Nunez scoring the third to give Liverpool their first title of the new season.

With this achievement, Salah completed every possible title with Liverpool, having previously won Premier League titles, the FA Cup, the English League Cup, the European Champions League, the European Super Cup and the Club World Cup.

Salah joined Liverpool from Roma in 2017, was the top scorer in the English Premier League three times and recently extended his contract with the team until 2025.
