Russian Diplomat Announces Inclusion of Leopard Tanks in Red Book Soon

Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, was ironic, saying that a proposal would soon be made to include German Leopard tanks in the Red Book due to their destruction by the Russians.

Ulyanov said on the air of the Russia 24 channel today, Tuesday: “I hope that their idea about the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station and their offensive in Kherson and Zaporozhye will fail. Commenting on the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, the Russian diplomat expressed confidence that the leadership of the Russian General Staff “thinks everything (its steps) for the long term.”
