Russian delegate: Parties to Iranian nuclear talks must decide whether to "final draft" acceptable

Russia’s representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, called on Iranian nuclear negotiators to decide whether a “final draft” is acceptable to restore the nuclear deal.

Ulyanov said the EU’s coordinator for the JCPOA talks circulated the “final text” of the draft agreement to revive the nuclear deal after the heads of all delegations resumed talks on resuming the nuclear deal with Iran in the Austrian capital on Thursday.

Ulyanov wrote on his Telegram channel: “The EU coordinator has distributed the ‘final text’ of the draft agreement on the restoration of the JCPOA. Now it is up to the participants in the Vienna talks to decide whether this project is acceptable to them. There are no objections, the nuclear deal will be restored.”

Earlier on Monday, Ulyanov said that the negotiators to restore the nuclear agreement with Iran are one step away from a final agreement, but success cannot be fully guaranteed and specific deadlines cannot be set.
