Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has become the second player in history to win the Ballon d’Or and sign for Al-Nasr Saudi Arabia, after Bulgarian Hristo Stoichkov.
Yesterday, Friday, Al-Nasr Club announced that they had signed a contract with Ronaldo, which is extended until 2025, adding that the contract was signed in the Spanish capital, Madrid, and that the player will wear the number 7.

Stoichkov was awarded the Ballon d’Or in 1994 after starring with his country at the 1994 World Cup in the United States and leading him to the golden square, in addition to his brilliance with his team at the time, FC Barcelona.
Before joining the Saudi victory, Stoichkov shone in the ranks of the Bulgarian club CSKA (Sofia), Italian Parma and Barcelona, whose colors he defended for two periods from 1990 to 1995 and from 1996 to 1998.
