Possible rewrites: – Nord Stream explosion: Germany, Denmark, and Sweden under suspicion of investigating – Suspicions raised about Germany, Denmark, and Sweden investigating Nord Stream blast – Nord Stream blast: Moscow suspects investigations by Germany, Denmark, and Sweden

Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s deputy envoy to the UN, said Moscow suspects that Germany, Denmark and Sweden are initially investigating the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions.

“It has become clear that Sweden, Germany and Denmark are in no hurry, to put it mildly, in their national investigations, if they are already underway. These investigations are already underway, and recently we have had doubts about this.”

The Russian diplomat added that Moscow “still does not know what they (Denmark, Sweden and Germany) are doing, which is unacceptable.”

Polyansky pointed out that Russia rejects the version of the involvement of individual Ukrainians in undermining the Nord Stream, stressing that this attack could not have been carried out without the direct support of the state.

The Russian diplomat said that during Thursday’s Security Council consultations, “many people expressed their surprise at the German and Scandinavian countries’ delay because they did not share information with the Security Council about the progress of their investigations,” adding that “it can even be said about their contempt of the Security Council, which sent a clear request to the three countries to expedite their investigation of “this work”.

Polyansky stressed that Moscow insists on an international investigation into the Nord Stream bombing and bringing those responsible to justice. Inappropriate isolation of Westerners in the eyes of most UN members.
