Moscow: We regret the lack of progress in the implementation of the Russian part of the grain deal

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Moscow will take into account the lack of progress in the Russian part of the grain deal when deciding whether to extend it.

“We regret that no progress has yet been made on the Russian part of the Black Sea deal,” Zakharova said at a press conference on Wednesday. “The European Union continues to block our fertilizers and agricultural products from reaching world markets.” We will take this into account when deciding whether to extend the grain deal.

Diplomacy said the deal was in two parts, which is the method proposed by UN Secretary-General António Guterres.
