Mortada Mansour Eyes a Huge Reward for Zamalek Players

The president of the Egyptian Zamalek football club, Mortada Mansour, kept an eye on the big award to motivate his players to win the cup and the local league double.

Mansour confirmed that he would give his players a $2 million bounty equal to the value of the fine Zamalek would receive from his former player Mahmoud Kahraba.

And Zamalek got the decision of the International Court of Sports (CAS) to fine Kahraba for terminating the player’s contract with Al Abyad unilaterally.

“Kakhraba must pay the fine imposed on him in favor of Zamalek,” Mansour said in the Zamalkawi program, which is broadcast on the Zamalek Club channel.

He continued: “The electrification penalty will be a reward for players for winning the Egyptian League and the Egyptian Cup. It is the result of effort and focus.”

He noted: “Tomorrow’s showdown in the clearing (including the 30th week of the Egyptian league) will not be easy at all, and any rewards will be immediately paid to the players.”

Zamalek leads the Egyptian Premier League table with 69 points and is 7 points behind their closest rival, Pyramids Club.
