Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro announced that his country is ready to accept French oil and gas companies that want to work on exporting raw materials to Europe.
“President Emmanuel Macron, Venezuela is ready to accept any French company that wants to produce oil and gas for the European and global market,” Maduro said in a speech broadcast on Venezuelan television.
Earlier Monday, Agence France-Presse reported that Paris called at the G7 summit in Germany to expand the sources of raw materials supplies, referring to the return to the energy market of Iran and Venezuela.
