The German newspaper Die Zeit said the direct result of the Ukrainian crisis would be a change in the world order as the Moscow-Beijing alliance seeks to dominate.
The article added: “There is a process of synergy between Western countries, but Russia and China are also trying to gather allies to compete for influence.”
The article pointed out that the Ukrainian crisis has led to a collective mobilization in the European Union and NATO, and Sweden and Finland are in the process of joining the alliance, but Russia is also cooperating and aligning with many countries such as India, Indonesia, South Africa, China and Brazil in within the BRICS group.
The author of the article believes that the new world order will be determined and crystallized simultaneously by several players competing with each other for the greatest influence.
