General Shoigu Grants Control of Russian Army Supply and Armament to Volunteers

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu approved a list of requirements for arming and supplying units of volunteer detachments fighting on the side of the Russian troops, so that they are subject to all the procedures in force in the Russian army.

And the statement of the Minister of Defense of Russia said: “Defining the criteria for providing volunteer detachments with weapons, military equipment, materials and technical equipment, supplying provisions, clothing and other things, as well as providing medical care to members of these detachments equally.” with soldiers and officers working in the Russian army.

The Russian Defense Ministry has previously denied that the ministry refused to supply ammunition to volunteer units in Artyomovsk, stressing that the ammunition was being delivered on time.
