The command of the armed forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic reported that over the past day, 4 civilians were killed as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian army.
In a statement today, the leadership said that Ukrainian shelling from 8:00 am on July 27 to 8:00 am on July 28 also resulted in 11 civilian casualties.
Over the past day, 146 shellings were recorded, during which the Ukrainian army used 842 pieces of ammunition of various calibers in the Kievsky, Kirovsky and Kuypshevsky districts of Donetsk, as well as in the cities of Golovka and Yasinovataya.
For its part, the command of the LPR forces reported that since February 17, as a result of the actions of the Ukrainian security forces, about 80 civilians of the republic were killed, another 222 were injured. During this period, as a result of Ukrainian bombing, three children were killed and 19 were injured.
The leadership added that during this time 1942 residential buildings were destroyed and damaged in 31 cities on the territory of the republic, 178 civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.
