Former US President George W. Bush said he was surprised by a photograph taken with Russian businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin during the G8 summit more than 17 years ago.

Bush’s Shocking Encounter

“I was shocked by the photo taken at the G8 summit in St. Petersburg where he was the guy serving me food,” Bush said.

No Personal Meeting

He indicated that he did not remember a personal meeting with Prigozhin.

Tragic Demise of Prigozhin

Last month, Prigozhin died when a private plane carrying him and nine others, including the crew, crashed in the Tver region near Moscow.
