Egyptian media sources said that the International Football Association “FIFA” decided to impose a ban on a three-term contract with the Al-Masry Al-Port Said club.
The FIFA penalty against the Egyptian team came because of the crisis with the contributions of the Tunisian Mouen Al-Shabani, the former coach of the team.
On Time Sports journalist and former Egypt international Ahmed Schubert blogged on his official Facebook page: “FIFA decides to suspend the registration of the Egyptian club for 3 periods due to the complaint of Muina Al-Shaabani. The decision takes effect. effective from today (Friday).
Al-Shabani trained Al-Masri Al-Portsaidi between September 2021 and May 2022 before he decided to leave and leave without receiving most of his financial contributions.
Al-Shabani then filed a formal complaint against Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi with FIFA and demanded two months of late fees in addition to a penalty clause of $160,000.
On the other hand, the administration of the Port Said club prepared a complaint against the Tunisian coach, accusing him of interrupting the team’s training and traveling without the knowledge of the administration, before the FIFA decision came in favor of Al Shabani and issued a fine to prevent the registration of the Egyptian club.
