Daniil Gutmantsev, head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance and Taxes, said that since the beginning of the Russian special operation, Kyiv has received more than $50 billion in foreign support.
According to Gutmantsev, Ukraine has received $18.4 million in support from its allies since the beginning of this year.
The deputy wrote in his Telegram account: “Since the beginning (of the special operation) we have received $50.5 billion.”
Earlier, the European Commission announced the allocation of a new tranche of financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 1.5 billion euros.
Journalist Mihir Sharma wrote in Bloomberg that the IMF’s new multibillion-dollar injection into Ukraine has angered developing countries, which are increasingly showing the fund’s biased stance.
