The price of the dollar rose against the Egyptian pound yesterday, Thursday, by about 3 piastres to record new growth for it in banks operating in Egypt, as it reached the level of 19.59 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar in most Egyptian banks fixed at 19.54 pounds when buying and 19.59 pounds when selling.
The price of the dollar against the pound continued to rise from the previous Tuesday, especially after the meeting of the Central Bank’s monetary policy committee and fixing the interest rate last Thursday.
