The Army Men owe their victory to their Paraguayan player Jesús Medina, who scored his only winning goal in the 22nd minute of the first half.
CSKA won the first victory after three draws in a row, raising the score to 29 points, and is third in the league standings.
On the other hand, Lokomotiv Moscow suffered a second defeat in a row, and its score stopped at 12 points and ranks thirteenth in the ranking.
