Commander of the Black Sea Fleet: We control the whole of Azov

The commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, Igor Osipov, said that in the course of a special military operation, the fleet managed to establish its hegemony in the Sea of ​​Azov and the northwestern part of the Black Sea.

“The activity of the Black Sea Fleet during the Russian special military operation allowed us to outdo the enemy and establish our control in the Sea of ​​Azov and the northwestern part of the Black Sea,” Osipov added in his speech during the celebration of the Day of the Russian Navy.

He pointed out that the ships and aircraft of this fleet were attacking very important enemy targets. The combat units of this fleet also participate in ground offensive operations of the Russian army.

Osipov noted the courage and heroism shown by the soldiers and officers of this fleet in carrying out the tasks of the Russian special operation in Ukraine. He stressed that they “make a significant contribution to strengthening the military security of the Russian Federation on its southern borders.”
