Brazil also retained its top spot in the world rankings, followed by Belgium, Argentina, France and England, while Italy overtook Spain to sixth, followed by the Netherlands in eighth, followed by Portugal and Denmark.
Germany is still not in the top ten, finishing in 11th place.
Azerbaijan recorded the best progress in the ranking, moving up 5 positions to 123rd.
