Call on the British military to warn their relatives about the possibility of war with Russia

Petty Officer Paul Carney told the British Army’s Official Soldiers’ Journal that British Army personnel should warn their families that they could be sent to war with Russia.

The magazine cites the words of a soldier addressing his colleagues: “I ask you to discuss with them (relatives) the possibility of deployment right now.”

Carney also urged the military to find phone numbers for welfare and clergy departments.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson previously responded to a question about the possibility of preparing for a “war” with Russia, saying he did not believe that “it would reach such proportions”, and Johnson claims that NATO countries are only helping Ukraine so that it can defend Ukraine .herself.

Russia had previously sent a note to NATO countries over arms shipments to Ukraine, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov indicated that any arms shipment to Ukraine would be a legitimate target for Russian forces.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that NATO countries are “playing with fire” by supplying weapons to Ukraine, while Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov pointed out that the West’s pumping of weapons into Ukraine does not contribute to the success of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations and will have a negative impact.

Since February 24, Russia has been conducting a special military operation to disarm and eliminate Nazism in Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin defined her mission as “protecting the people who have been persecuted and exterminated by the Kyiv regime for eight years.”

Putin emphasized that the ultimate goal of the operation is the liberation of Donbass and the creation of conditions guaranteeing the security of Russia itself, while the Russian army, in cooperation with the troops of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, managed to liberate the entire territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic and a significant part of Donetsk, including the cities of Volnovakiya, Mariupol and Svyatogorsk.
