The White House said that US President Joe Biden sent an additional $725 million to provide military assistance to Ukraine.
“President Biden has authorized the Secretary of State to provide a total of $725 million in defense products, Department of Defense services, and military training to assist Ukraine,” the statement said.
The aid package includes ammunition, including rockets for HIMARS systems, as well as armored vehicles, including Humvees.
It should be noted that the volume of military assistance provided by Washington to Ukraine amounted to more than $17.5 billion.
