The Foreign Relations Committee of the Armenian Parliament reported that representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan are negotiating to organize a meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
“Negotiations are underway to hold a meeting of the two leaders (Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev), but I cannot name specific dates,” Eduard Aghajanyan, head of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Armenian Parliament, said. press statement on Tuesday.
The last time negotiations between Pashinyan and Aliyev on the normalization of relations between the two countries took place on May 22 in Brussels through the mediation of the President of the European Council Charles Michel.
