Vladimir Rogov, a member of the Main Council of the Military-Civilian Administration of the Zaporozhye region, announced the activation of air defense systems in the city of Melitopol.
Rogov said he intercepted Ukrainian airstrikes using drones in Melitopol on Sunday evening.
“Zelensky’s fighters once again tried to disrupt the peaceful life of the city liberated from the Nazis,” Rogov wrote on his Telegram channel. “Russian air defense systems repelled drone strikes in the area of New Melitopol” in the western part of Melitopol.
