Agency "Fitch" Downgrades the credit rating of Ukraine

Fitch has downgraded Ukraine’s long-term foreign currency sovereign credit rating from CCC to C.

According to Fitch, due to Ukraine’s request for a two-year deferral of external debt repayments, the country began a similar default process on sovereign debt.

At the end of February, the agency downgraded Ukraine’s long-term foreign currency sovereign credit rating from B to CCC.
