The Asian Confederation announced on Monday that 4 associations have expressed their desire to host the 2026 Women’s Asian Cup.

Four national federations announced their desire to host the most important tournament in Asia for women’s teams: the Australian Football Association, the Football Association of Jordan, the Football Association of Saudi Arabia and the Football Association of Uzbekistan.

The AFC will now work with all national associations wishing to host the tournament to submit the necessary documents for hosting in accordance with the nomination process, with a final decision to be made and announced during 2023.
