Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova denied the veracity of reports about the transfer of Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to a hospital in Bali, calling them fake.
“Me and (Foreign Minister) Sergey Viktorovich (Lavrov) here in Indonesia, we read the news feed and can’t believe our eyes: it turns out that he was taken to the hospital, and this is a high level of fake,” a representative of the State Department wrote in her Telegram channel.
