Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commented on NATO’s statement that the alliance is currently not focused on joining Ukraine.
“This is Western solidarity to the last Ukrainian. When will Ukraine wake up?” Zakharova wrote in her Telegram channel.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said the alliance aims to help Ukraine militarily, not to join it.
