Al Ahli fans were surprised by the deletion of statements made by Syed Abdel Hafiz, the team manager, yesterday, Sunday, through the Red Club’s official platforms, during which he attacked Mortada Mansour, president of Zamalek.
Abdel Hafiz made a big announcement on Al Ahli after his team beat El Gouna 2-0 yesterday Sunday in the Egyptian League’s 26th round.
Abdel Hafeez responded to the reasons for ignoring the hall of honor of Zamalek’s players after the Egyptian Cup final last Thursday, which the white team won by Al Ahli 2-1.10 Next I will be 45 years old, I do not think that the future is equal to the past, and you should not turn your head to someone who has exceeded your right by 4 or 5 years in your family and patriotism, and when I see you, I salute you! This will be the last day of my life.”
And he continued: “I am not the one who is insulted by his parents, and I go out to apologize and say, Mr. Chancellor, the original cannot be bought or learned by anyone.”
And the leadership of the Al-Ahly channel deleted the video recordings of the meeting of Abdel Hafiz after the meeting with El Gouna from the channel’s platforms through the social networks Facebook and Twitter.
The move sparked controversy among Al Ahli fans on communication sites.
Al-Ahli did not give a reason for the removal of Syed Abdel Hafiz’s statements, but there were inaccuracies in the Al-Ahly football director’s speech, in particular regarding the corridor of honor crisis.
Syed Abdel Hafeez said that the corridor of honor was at the request of the Zamalek club, so he refused to go inside, while the truth is that the corridor of honor was within the protocol reported by the Egyptian Football Association, Al Ahly and Zamalek before the match during a technical meeting, that is, before he knew the winning side.
Due to increased criticism of the behavior of the director of football, this could be the reason for the removal of his statements.
