Al-Sayed added that the price of imported corn has risen significantly, urging feed company owners to raise prices in Egypt, but the increase is exaggerated and will force a number of traders to stop working due to losses.

Ahmed Nabil Abdullah, Vice President of the Table Egg Division of the Egyptian Poultry Federation, said that a large number of poultry and egg producers have left the market over the past few days.

The Vice President of the Poultry Union’s Table Egg Division noted that the withdrawal of producers from the market will create a big gap, the most important of which is a sharp rise in prices, stressing that the price of a carton of eggs exceeded 120 pounds over the next few days.
