John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator for the US National Security Council, said Washington does not intend to contact China to discuss the UFO incident over Alaska.
He added: “I have no information about plans to make contact with China on this matter.”
He explained that Washington is not yet ready to declare with certainty which country or organization the device belongs to.
He continued: “There is no exact information about the country, organization or organization that owns this device.”
Earlier, Kirby said that the US military shot down a “high-altitude flying object” over Alaska.
