Volodin: European leaders have two choices

Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that the European Union should lift the illegal sanctions that led to the start of the energy crisis in Europe and made life difficult for its citizens.

Volodin wrote on his Telegram page: “The moment of truth has come for the heads of European states. They have two ways out of the situation that they themselves created: firstly, the lifting of illegal sanctions against our country and the opening of the Nord Stream. -2″.

The second director, according to Volodin, should “leave everything as it is.” He explained that this exit would complicate life for the Europeans and lead to even greater economic problems. He continued: “European energy security is impossible without Russia.”

He also pointed out that the sanctions imposed against Russia led to an energy crisis in Europe, noting that French President Emmanuel Macron failed to resolve the issue of gas shortages during his visit to Algeria.
