US… Oil inventories are at their lowest level since 1984

U.S. oil inventories have fallen to their lowest level since 1984, and the U.S. Department of Energy said the country’s consumption of strategic reserves has risen from 3.1 million barrels to 450 million barrels since Aug. 26.

The amount of oil withdrawn from storage over the past week is the lowest since the end of April last year.
