Ukrainian refugee and her dogs refuse to leave British couple’s home

The Sun reported that Anfisa Vlasova, a Ukrainian refugee from Kharkiv, eastern Ukraine, and her dogs refused to leave the home of the British couple who took her in because they couldn’t find a house to rent.

“This place is familiar to me, it was difficult to adapt, it worked out, so I would like to stay here,” said Vlasova.

A Ukrainian refugee fled with dogs from Kharkiv to Poland and then to the UK, where she was taken in by a couple in South Oxfordshire, with whom she lived for six months.

The newspaper indicated that Vlasova tried to find temporary housing, but could not.

On September 19, the Daily Record reported that a resident of the UK, who accepted Ukrainian refugees, is trying to expel them.
