Ukrainian media: explosions thundered in Kyiv

Today, Sunday, the Ukrainian media reported that explosions sounded in different parts of the capital today after air raid sirens sounded in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine.

Earlier Sunday morning, the Public Alert Service reported that the first alarms began to arrive in the capital, Kyiv and its environs, and then a state of emergency was declared in all cities of Ukraine in anticipation of airstrikes.

The Kyiv Regional State Administration also warned residents in its Telegram channel.

It should be noted that Russia began bombing the infrastructure of the Ukrainian army on October 10 last year, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which, as confirmed by the Russian authorities, was organized by the Ukrainian special services.

Russia bombed energy facilities, the military industry, and Ukrainian army command and control centers across the country.

After the strikes inflicted by the Russian military on November 15, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that almost half of the country’s energy system was out of order.
