The exchange rate of the Ukrainian currency “hryvnia” against the dollar fell in the exchange offices of Ukraine, today, Wednesday, the dollar was sold at the rate of 40 hryvnia, the newspaper “Ukrainian news” reports.
The Ukrainian newspaper writes that “the selling price of the dollar at the exchange offices in Kyiv by 10:37 local time increased by 46 kopecks compared to yesterday and reached 40.04 hryvnia, while the purchase price increased by 50.32 kopecks to 38, 9 hryvnia”.
On July 21, the National Bank (CB) of Ukraine devalued the national currency by 25% at once to the level of 36.6 hryvnia per dollar.
