Ukraine aimed at Pushkin’s head

In the city of Zhytomyr in northern Ukraine, a monument to the Russian poet Alexander Pushkin was dismantled.

And local media report that the construction of this monument dates back to the end of the nineteenth century.

A few days ago, a monument to the Russian poet Alexander Pushkin was also dismantled in Kharkov, Ukraine. And yesterday, Thursday, in the Ukrainian city of Odessa, vandals defaced another monument to Pushkin, erected in honor of the bicentenary of his birth.
