UEFA Champions League. Mohamed Salah scores some special results

Egyptian star Mohamed Salah scored some outstanding numbers during his Liverpool team’s match against Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam on Wednesday night in the fifth round of the European Champions League group stage.

Mohamed Salah scored a goal and created another to lead the Reds to a 3-0 victory over Ajax Amsterdam in their Johan Cruyff Arena citadel.

Mohamed Salah was the top scorer of the Champions League in the season (2022-2023) with 6 goals, equaling the Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, the French star of Paris Saint-Germain.

‘Pharaoh’ Salah raised his tally to 42 goals in the Champions League, surpassing former Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero of Argentina, according to numbers and statistics from the Squaka network.

According to the same source, the Egyptian star topped the list of the most goalscoring players in the Reds’ Champions League history with 13 assists.

Mohamed Salah scored his 39th goal in a Reds shirt and is just one goal short of equaling Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard as the player with the most goals scored with the team in the tournament.
