Deputy Economy Minister Abdullah Ahmed Muhammad Saleh Al Saleh announced the UAE’s intention to invest in Russian high-tech companies in the aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
“We met with representatives of Russian companies and found out that the level of technological development of these companies is very high. They are ready to introduce a number of new inventions and technologies, so we would like to invest our money in these companies and see their representative offices in our country,” he said at the Made in Russia forum.
He indicated that the UAE seeks to develop relations with Russia in the field of space technology, medicine, pharmacology and others.
“These are the areas in which we will develop our cooperation, and it is also necessary to promote the development of start-ups,” he added.
